AITANIA Account Deletion
This page explains how to request deletion of your AITANIA account and the cloud saves directly associated with it.

1. Fastest Way: Delete in the App
- Open AITANIA and sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Account.
- Select Delete account.
- Follow the on-screen confirmation flow.
If you can still access the app, the in-app flow is the fastest way to submit the request.
2. Public Web Request Method
If you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by email.
What to include
- Your AITANIA username.
- Any other details that help us identify the account, such as your display name, approximate account creation date, or recent login timeframe.
- A clear statement that you want your AITANIA account deleted.
We may ask for additional information reasonably necessary to verify that the request is being made by the account holder or an authorized person.
3. What Deletion Usually Means
- Your account becomes unavailable and generally cannot be recovered.
- Cloud saves and account-linked records directly associated with that account are deleted or queued for deletion from primary production systems.
- Local data stored on your own device may remain until you uninstall the app, clear local storage, or remove the app data from the device.
4. What We May Retain
Where permitted or required by law, we may retain limited information for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, dispute handling, backup integrity, or similar operational purposes for a reasonable period.
5. Processing Time
We aim to review and respond to deletion requests within 30 days, or within the timeframe required by applicable law.
